Top dollar price for not a top dollar accommodation
Location to the beach
Bed was rock hard. Lots of items in the room were broken. Door handle was falling off. Staff couldn't speak English and used it as an excuse. Demanded we pay in half US funds when it clearly states we pay on credit card in local currency. Not happy at all with this recommendation!

Breakfast was good. The room we had was noise and had no balcony or windows to open up

The location in Guayabitos was great,and loved that it was...
The location in Guayabitos was great,and loved that it was on the beach. Restaurants were close by, and the restaurant at the hotel was delicious! Very nice staff!
The beds could have been a little bigger, and the AC was more or less ineffective in our room. I will need to brush up on my Spanish. Sometimes hard to communicate.

Location was excellent. Communication between us and hotel trying to ask specific questions were non existent. Not sure if it was booking.com's fault or the hotel. It does need to be upgraded little bit but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and location was fantastic
